BUYER'S NOTE: Pictures on this Website are representative of the items you are purchasing, and not the exact item you will receive.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your artifacts, books, packages, jewelry, or stone purchases from Your10Keys.com Secure Online Store or directly, simply return the item(s) within 10-days of receipt in the original packaging for a full refund, minus all shipping charges. Any "special orders," consulting services or the Stone Success Information Packages are final purchases and thus, may not be returned. If you have any questions regarding special orders or Stone Success Packages, we would like you to love the products and anyone at our customerservice@Your10Keys.com would be happy to help you achieve that goal.

Prior to returning any item, you must send en email to returns@Your10Keys.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any merchandise returned without such a number will not be accepted as a returned item.

Exceptions: If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, including special orders or Stone Success Reports, simply save the box, all packaging material, and the merchandise and notify us immediately at returns@Your10Keys.com. The carrier needs to track the damage for their records also and will contact you to make arrangements to inspect and pick-up the damaged package and a determination responsibility. You will receive notice from either Your 10 Keys / Enisphere or the carrier regarding potential/applicable replacement of the item(s), or refund due you.
